Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

In plain English

Use the app for learning about plants. The AI can be wrong: never eat, touch or give a plant to a pet because the app or this website said it was safe, and ask a professional before decisions that affect health or safety.

Acceptance

By downloading or using AI Plant Identifier Flower App ("the app") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is for

The app gives AI-generated identifications, care advice, health diagnoses and toxicity notes for general information and learning. Results come from a cloud AI model and can be incomplete or wrong.

Safety

Never decide from the app or this website whether a plant is safe to eat, touch, use as medicine or keep near children or animals. If someone may have eaten part of a plant, call a poison control centre, a doctor or a vet straight away. Before using a pesticide or treatment, follow its label and local rules.

Purchases

If the app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, Apple handles the payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms, and the price is shown in the App Store before you pay.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photos and messages. You allow us to send them to our AI providers only to answer your request, as described in the privacy policy. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by relying on an identification or advice from the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@aiplantidentifier.com.
